Diclofenac Potassium is a new type of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The mechanism of action is the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Aseptic inflammation, tissue edema, and pain can occur after joint and muscle sprains, tooth extraction, and surgery. As inflammation develops, prostaglandins are synthesized and released in the injured area. Diclofenac potassium can reduce the synthesis and release of prostaglandins in the injured area, and play an anti-inflammatory and analgesic role.
